One time registration fee (non-refundable):
$15 (Additional $10 if already enrolled in the Math program-
i.e. a total of $25 for both subjects)
Note:
- Registration fee is waived for sibling(s)
for the same subject.
- For payments made 6 months in advance, the following conditions apply in case of termination of the program before the end of six months:
- The monthly fee will be charged at the regular rate for the number of months used, and
- An early-termination fee of $25 will be charged and the balance refunded.
Payments need to be made via checks or
credit card** to MathWizard,
Inc.by 15th of each month in advance for the next month.
A late fee of $5.00 is imposed on all payments
received after the due date. The program is discontinued
upon non-payment of dues
